World Rally 2010
The world motor racing council confirms the rotation system dates for the championship of the Rally´s world confirming the presence of rally Argentina in the calendar 2010.
Argentina will receive the world championship from April 23 to April 26, 2010 this will be the fifth date of the season.
Also was supported that the contest is not going to came to the country in the year 2011, as it was established by the new system, which was designed to facilitate the logistic operations between each races and to realize a geographical balanced distribution of each and every dates of the calendar.
The new regulation establishes twelve competitions for season, with the particularity that these races would be different from the twelve of next year, in such way the championship of the World Rally will possess a total calendar with 24 proofs though with the implementation of a rotation system that will give a year of rest for each headquarters.
These changes have the objective of extend the borders of the contest, managing to extend the quantity of countries that will receive and will presence the great spectacle of the WRC and as the same time will offer new opportunities to the officials teams that join the tilt.
Nevertheless on the other hand the world council of the Motive sport, announce new measures of safety for all those of the World Rally Cars, which were thought in order that the resistance of the cars and the lateral impacts are better and more effective.
In addition the resolution was approved in order that the Junior Rally championship recovers the "World" denomination due that from the year 2010 it will possess a calendar that will cross more than three continents.
